Sweet Potatoes


2 fresh sweet orange yams
1/8  cup honey
1/8  cup brown sugar
1  Tablespoon butter
Dash of salt
¾  cup – 1 cup water

1.  Steam the yams with the skins on.
2.  Remove the skins and cube the yams.
3.  Place the yam cubes into a medium iron skillet.
4.  To the yams, add the honey, brown sugar, butter, salt and water.
5.  Cook and stir, uncovered, over a medium/low heat for about 20 minutes.
