Pistacio Ambrosia

serves 12

 8  oz.  crushed pineapple, undrained
1  package instant pistachio pudding, (3.4 oz.)
16 oz.  pineapple tidbits, undrained
1  cup coconut
1  cup walnuts or pecans or unsalted pistachios
16  oz. Cool Whip
1  cup miniature marshmallows

1.  In a large bowl, mix together the two varieties of pineapple 
2.  Sprinkle the package of instant pudding on top of the pineapple. 
Let stand for 3  minutes.
3.  Add the coconut and the nuts to the pineapple mixture.
4.  Fold in the Cool Whip and marshmallows.
5.  Refrigerate for 2  - 4 hours before serving.
